F-1 Reinstatement For Student Who Had Worked For ONE DAY

In this video, Joseph talks about how an unfortunate circumstance causes a university student to lose her F-1 visa. The F-1 Visa requirements are strict about how a person cannot work when they are on that visa, but unfortunately this student was recommended a research project by her professor and she did not know it was paid. The payment was issued and though she rejected it, her F-1 Visa was cancelled. Watch how we got her back into the U.S. and reinstated her F-1 Status!
