Title: The Science of Laws and the Ascendancy of Democracy
Abstract: This discussion reviews the problem-solving innovation practices of early humans, the development of lawmaking methods and governance, the limitations of traditional lawmaking, the invention of science, and emergence of the concept of democratic governance. The second part of the talk is a proposal for the development of a new science, the science of laws. It will include a discussion of its structure, operation, and integration within existing government institutions, and its role in the achievement of the ascendancy of democracy.
