Here are some clips I filmed of my new friend Oscar with Valley Vista Services in his new truck, 282, over the past month and going into this month. They ended up giving him 282 permanently because 281, the other truck he used to drive, has issues with the packer blade. I honestly really like 282 because it sounds just like a WM Amrep Front Loader. What’s also cool about it is that CR&R actually used to own this truck along with 281 too but VVS acquired both of them from when they took Huntington Park contract a while ago. And way before CR&R, United Pacific Waste used to own it. Anyway, it’s still great to see this truck still around and collecting dumpsters. I really like how the packer blade slams on this truck too.
