I Just Wanted an HDMI Output for My PS2...What Went Wrong?

I have to say, this one was pretty challenging. Between repairing the laser, modeling a 3D part (any tips are very welcome since I don’t design in 3D very often) and dealing with those tiny pins (I even had to wire some up because a ribbon cable got a bit damaged!) it wasn’t easy. But I hope you’ll enjoy the video anyway! If anyone has any suggestions to get the mod working , please let me know!
