Crispy chicken bread samosa recipe :

Ingredients:

For Filling:

Chicken mince (qeema) – 500 grams
Tikka masala – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp (or to taste)
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Onions – 2 (finely chopped)
Carrot – ½ cup (chopped)
Capsicum – ½ cup (chopped)
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Ketchup – 2 tbsp
For Coating:
Eggs – 2
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Milk – ½ cup

Other:

Bread slices
Bread crumbs – as required
Oil – for frying


Method:

Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken mince well.
Add tikka masala, black pepper, salt, red chilli powder, and chilli flakes.
Sauté everything properly.
Add chopped onions, carrots, capsicum, and coriander.
Cook until vegetables become soft.
Add mayonnaise and ketchup, mix well to make a thick paste.
Turn off flame and let filling cool.
Coating Preparation:
8. In a bowl, add eggs, black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, salt, and milk.
9. Whisk well to make smooth mixture.
Assembly:
10. Flatten bread slices using rolling pin.
11. Add filling and fold into samosa shape.
12. Dip samosa in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
Frying:
13. Heat oil and fry samosas until light golden and crispy.
Serving
Serve hot with ketchup.
