Today’s vlog takes you through one of the most stunning winter destinations in India — the Atal Tunnel and the Frozen Sissu Waterfall in Himachal Pradesh.
We start our journey from Manali and enter the world’s longest high-altitude tunnel, the Atal Tunnel (Rohtang Tunnel). As soon as we come out on the Lahaul side, we’re welcomed by snow-covered mountains, icy valleys, and breathtaking winter landscapes.
Our final destination is the magical Sissu Waterfall, which often freezes completely in winter, turning into a massive wall of ice. The frozen layers, crystal-like icicles, and the silence of the valley make it one of the most surreal sights in the Himalayas.
