Scottish indie rockers, Emerald Sunday took to the WinterStorm Sessions Stage in 2024. Formed by songwriter Alan Hunter (guitar/vocals) in 2008, the band hails from Kirriemuir - the same, small town of the Angus Glens as AC/DC legend, Bon Scott. Hunter is joined by Mike Martin on vocals, Matthew Fleming (lead guitar), Mike Juraszewski (drums) and Andrew Taylor (keys).
With an eclectic mix of influences, ranging from Oasis and Stereophonics to Porcupine Tree and Skid Row, the band’s sound has drawn comparisons to Emerson Lake and Palmer along with fellow Celts, Feeder. Enjoy this track, The Hangman live at WinterStorm.
