Spring/Summer Shell Chasing PART 6 - my 1st SUNRISE TELLIN on MORGAN ISLAND - BEAUTIFUL Pink Shells!

The Spring/Summer Shell Chasing Series continues! Right after we shelled on Kice, we headed next to MORGAN ISLAND - a locals in the know shelling hotspot thats got literally LOAD of shells piled up all over. And it is covered with varieties of shells we don;t usually fins, and in shades of PINK! Sunrise Tellins, Rose Petal Tellin's, more angel wings, and some other really fun finds too!

This week we head to Kice Island down in the 10k Islands area for some super special shelling finds, rare and first time for us shells - We headed out with Florida Adventures, the captains put us RIGHT on the shells, and even hunted with and for us, gifting us some real beauties too!

And it was an AMAZING wildlife tour - we saw dolphins, sting rays, sharks, and manatees too! After Shelling, the captains will take you to the wild life spots on the way back to Goodland, and we even got a rare treat sighting of a famous local dolphin named Knuckles, which was super special!

This 7 part series has one more stop- Lovers Key state park - still to come in this rollercoaster series that shows the ups and downs of shelling in the off season, coupled with exploring Florida's other shelling spots away from our West Coast is Best Coast Gulf beaches! We mack it down state and have a fantastic adventure! AND there will be a BONUS EPISODE from Honeymoon Island because we found a ton of tellins there too just like we did downstate - amazing fun!

VERY Different shelling than what we do at home and species we don't see much up our way - This series is a true sheller's adventure and we're sharing it all!
