Hello from the cabin up North in the Scandinavian Forests! 😊 As I eagerly wait for the first snowfall to transform everything into a magical wonderland I decided to put together a small collection of my favorite winter moments from the past. In this relaxing vlogI I’ll embrace winter's gentle arrival at the cozy cabin nestled in the Norwegian woods. This cozy video captures the joy of baking an apple cinnamon cake, waffles and making a delicious vegan homemade chocolate hazelnut spread perfect for a snowy winter day. I'll be taking peaceful walks by the frozen lakes and rivers through the Nordic forest. As usual, the birds and squirrels keep me company by my kitchen window while I am baking. As the day comes to an end, I’ll decorate for Christmas and reveal a wintry illustration of a snow owl. Join me as I enjoy the season's warmth and tranquility, finding calm in these simple, beautiful moments. 🌲
