Today we are going to go over how to use the Taylor Drop Test Kit. We will cover how to use the kit and what levels your pool should be at.
The Taylor kit will check your Chlorine and PH and is very easy to use.
Pro: Easy to use, Easy to read, accurate.
Cons: Only checks Chlorine and PH without buying the K-2005
The strips are nice because they will check your Akalinity, Stabilizer and other levels.
Pros: Easy to use, checks many readings.
Cons: Easily go bad and can give bad readings, hard to read sometimes.
If you aren't sure which type of test kit to buy, I recommend buying the Taylor K-1000 and then taking a sample to your local pool store every month.
