Incredibly it's 35 years since Glasgow's Teenage Fanclub was formed by Norman Blake and his bandmate Raymond McGinlay, who have since steered the band through 12 albums, several top 20 singles, 8 world tours and recently a tented camel and music festival in Mongolia. The band has supported rock giants Nirvana and the Foo Fighters, and were once described by Liam Gallagher as "the world's second-best band" (after Oasis)
