first drive + a burnout in project frankenstein.
we start with an 06 montecarlo that is front wheel drive. it is to become rear wheel drive, via an aluminum block 5.3 ls, backed by a 4l80e transmission, and a 8.8 mustang rear axle. see how we do it in this vid, follow along as we go through the process of going from wrong wheel drive to right wheel drive. from v6 to v8 it can only get better! the future might include nitrous, a turbocharger, and possibly a 6.0 or 6.2 LSX for more power. plans are to run it at the local drag strip once it is finished, hopefully thats sooner than later.
