In part 18 of the NA+T build, I'm upgrade the factory fuel pump with a Walbro 255 (TI Automotive) fuel pump – a direct replacement for the factory unit but with higher flow to support boost.
I go step-by-step through pulling apart the fuel pump assembly, replacing the factory corrugated hoses, wiring in the new pump, and fitting it all back together.
With the tune just days away, this is another important job ticked off the list and one step closer to finally getting the turbo Barra on the road.
