The Moragahakanda Dam officially as Kulasinghe Reservoir, is a large gravity dam, and the main component of the larger and more complex Moragahakanda — Kalu Ganga Project, across the Amban River at Elahera, in the Matale District of Sri Lanka. Construction began on 25 January 2007 and was completed in 2018.The maiden waters of the dam was released in January 2017.
මොරගහකන්ද වේල්ල නිල වශයෙන් කුලසිංහ ජලාශය ලෙස හඳුන්වනු ලබන අතර එය විශාල ගුරුත්වාකර්ෂණ වේල්ලක් වන අතර ශ්රී ලංකාවේ මාතලේ දිස්ත්රික්කයේ ඇළහැර ප්රදේශයේ අඹන් ගඟ හරහා විශාල හා වඩාත් සංකීර්ණ මොරගහකන්ද - කළුගඟ ව්යාපෘතියේ ප්රධාන අංගය වේ. 2007 ජනවාරි 25 වැනි දින ඉදිකිරීම් ආරම්භ කර 2018 දී නිම කරන ලදී. වේල්ලේ මංගල ජලය 2017 ජනවාරි මාසයේදී මුදා හරින ලදී.
