Our two flagship coilers are the World Model 3000 and the Brute Coiler. The World Model 3000 is a versatile coiling machine that can handle a wide range of wire and coil diameters, while the heavy-duty Brute Coiler extends that range by coiling even heavier gauge wire and larger coil diameters.

Together, our coilers cover a wire range of 30 gauge to 8 gauge, coil inner diameters of .031 in. to 1/2 in., and outer diameters up to 1 1/4 in. Both models are also compatible with flat or standard resistance wire, and can coil a variety of configurations--even porcupine coils with an optional add-on.
