One of the most stunning restaurants anywhere in the world. The location feels like you're in an English fairytale, but the food is truly insane. It's precise, technically excellent, and of course delicious. L'Enclume is one of the most well deserving 3 Michelin star restaurants I've ever been to and the fact that they've worked 20 years to get to this point is a testament to their belief in what they're doing. They helped start the farm to table movement in the UK and from their farm to their casual restaurants to their 3 Michelin star crown jewel, everything is imbued with a sense of place.
