Thick, fluffy chocolate waffles loaded with rich cocoa goodness—crispy edges, soft melt-in-your-mouth center, and pure chocolate bliss in every bite.

For Eggless Chocolate Waffle:

1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp butter for greasing

For Toppings
vanilla ice cream
chocolate chips
chocolate sauce
Method

For eggless chocolate waffle

To make an eggless chocolate waffle, in a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients. Whisk well.
Pre-heat the waffle maker, grease it with little butter.
Pour approx. 1/3 cup of the batter to spread it evenly in each mould and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until it is crisp from both the sides.
Remove and allow it to cool. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make the remaining 6 waffles.
Serve eggless chocolate waffles immediately with toppings of your choice.

Tips to make chocolate Waffle:

Grease the waffle maker properly using little butter every time you make waffles.

You can also serve this chocolate waffle with blueberries.
