In this video, I'll show you how to use FileZilla which is a free FTP client and a secure way of transferring your files to and from your web server in an encrypted way. FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol.

Having a good backup of your WordPress Website is extremely important. It is helpful when you want to migrate your website to a new server or if your website has been hacked and you need to restore from a clean backup.

In the video, I use FileZilla which is a free FTP Program and phpmyadmin which you can use to backup your WordPress database. This will give you a full WordPress Backup.
