दुमका: जिला के जामा प्रखंड स्थित चुटोनाथ में भगवान शिव, देवी पार्वती सहित कई देवी देवताओं के मंदिर हैं. इसके साथ ही यहां पहाड़ी बाबा का भी मंदिर है. यहां हरदिन हजारों की संख्या में श्रद्धालु आते हैं लेकिन सरकारी उदासीनता के कारण आज तक इसका विकास नहीं हो पाया है. वहीं, सांसद सुनील सोरेन का कहना है कि ब्लूप्रिंट बनाकर तैयार किया जा रहा है. जिसके बाद भारत सरकार के पर्यटन मंत्रालय यहां का विकास करेंगे.
लोगों की इच्छा होती है पूरी
चुटोनाथ मंदिर के पुरोहित गौरचंद पांडे सहित भक्तों का कहना है कि यहां जो भी सच्चे मन से मांगा जाता है वह मुराद पूरी होती है. भक्त इस बात को लेकर चिंतित भी नजर आते हैं कि यहां का अपेक्षित विकास नहीं हुआ है. वह कहते हैं कि यहां का विकास होना चाहिए ताकि श्रद्धालुओं को सहूलियत मिल सके.
वहीं, दुमका के सांसद सुनील सोरेन ने कहा कि यहां का विकास बहुत आवश्यक है क्योंकि काफी संख्या में श्रद्धालु आते हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि एक ब्लूप्रिंट तैयार किया जा रहा है और उसके आधार पर भारत सरकार के पर्यटन मंत्रालय ने यहां का विकास होगा.
