PAC Machinery Vertrod DSL Drop Sealer with Bagmaster™

The Vertrod D/SL-AE is a heavy-duty drop sealer with seven inch jaw opening to allow for pass-through product loading.This model is equipped with an Air Expeller assembly for compressing flexible packages, eliminating excess air, and reducing overall package volume. The direct drive jaw motion provides high sealing pressure and is capable of making airtight/watertight seals with temperatures ranging from 200?F to 650?F. The D/SL employs PAC’s state of the art solid-state control circuitry along with an improved safety system.

The Clamco Bagmaster™ 400 Series (formerly Titan Bagmaster) is designed for opening and filling of a cartridge of up to 250 pre-made bags on a wicket up to a maximum bag width of 14". The internal blower will open each successive bag allowing for easy filling. Operator output will be significantly increased over manual hand loading of bags. When coupled with the 615 Drop Sealer, bag filling and sealing can be accomplished semi-automatically. There are several model choices featuring standard or custom infeed guides to assist bag loading, guide arms designed for textiles, or without guides for when in-feed guides are not required.
