I love the heritage of brass building in California from makers such as Olds, Benge, Reynolds, Minick and Kanstul and when we had a 1937 Olds small bore tenor come into the shop I knew I needed to do a video with it! A lot of folks are more familiar with Olds' offerings post WWII (Ambassador, Super, Recording, Opera, etc.) but they did a lot of building through the 1920's and 30's as well; however they did not do as great a job of identifying their models, hence the Super question!
