Προς το παρόν δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα αυτόματης κατάτμησης των ούλων και του βλεννογόνου των γνάθων. Στο βίντεο περιγράφεται μια μέθοδος ημιαυτόματης κατάτμησης του βλεννογόνου μιας άνω γνάθου και στη συνέχεια η χρησιμοποίησή του για την ευθυγράμμιση με το μοντέλο της σάρωσης.
Currently, there is no automatic segmentation capability for the gums and mucosa of the jaws. The video describes a method for semi-automatic segmentation of the mucosa of an upper jaw and then using it to align with the scan model.
Workflow / Ροή Εργασίας
1. CBCT Acquisition
CBCT με τολύπια βάμβακος στις προστομιακές αύλακες / with cotton rolls in the buccal sulci
2. Import Data
File → Add DICOM Data
3. Dental Segmentator
Apply
4. Segment Editor
Add segment: “Upper Mucosa”
Threshold → Use for masking
Surface cut → Edit → Apply
Islands
Logical operators (Add): “Upper Mucosa” + “Upper Teeth”
5. Dental Implant Imaging
Dental Segmentator Models
6. FastModelAlign
Source Model: edentulous-upperjaw
Target Model: Upper Mucosa
Apply scaling: uncheck
Output registered model: Create new Model
Point Density Adjustment: 1.8
Run rigid registration
