It's December 9, 2023, and I'm heading to Vermont for some action on Vermont Railway's Northern Sub. After a quick catch of CPKC 228, I start off in New Haven with Amtrak 290 and RDBD before heading north to Burlington. Here we see the Burlington Extra, operating the Polar Express with VTR GP40FH-2 #313. We also see RDBD turn to become BDRD, with the help of the BD1/Burlington Switcher.
