Enclomiphene is one of two stereoisomers that make up Clomid, aka clomiphene citrate. Could enclomiphene work better than clomid for men who have low testosterone but who want to maintain fertility and avoid testicular atrophy? While it’s not yet FDA approved for men, in this video I take a look at the chemistry and research, and it looks promising! Enclomiphene could potentially stimulate natural testosterone production while avoiding some of the problems with clomid in men, including the estrogenic effects. I see two potential uses: treating low T while maintaining fertility, and potentially as PCT (post cycle therapy.)
