In 2019, joke launched the ENESKApostprocess, a unique workstation designed for the post-processing of 3D-printed parts. This system eliminates health risks and the danger of dust explosions during post-processing. Inside a fully enclosed work chamber with a viewing window and sealed glove ports, material-removal tasks can be safely performed on 3D workpieces without releasing fine dust particles into the operator’s breathing zone. Potentially harmful or explosive powders and dusts are safely extracted.

The new ENESKApostprocess 5.0 is a logical evolution of the highly praised original workstation:

The work area has been increased by 50% to 560 liters, making it easy and efficient to handle even large 3D-printed parts weighing up to 250 kg. Heavy or bulky components can be inserted from the front using a forklift or from the top via a special hatch for crane loading. A large lid with a full-surface safety glass window offers a clear view of the part during processing. The laminated safety glass is extremely shatterproof and protects against flying debris. The front lid can be operated with one hand – but only when the large signal lights show blue and the electromagnetic lock releases access. Conversely, internal processing is only possible when the lid is securely and tightly closed.

The chamber interior features multiple connections for pneumatic and electric tools, plus an integrated ENESKAmicro control unit on the front panel. The glove ports are now 50% larger, improving ergonomics and tool handling.

Larger support structures and chips are collected in a drawer below the work surface, which can be easily removed and vacuumed. The extraction system purifies the air inside the chamber with 99.995% efficiency, meeting the strict HEPA 13 filter standard. The low-maintenance filter unit is mounted on its own wheels and can be removed from the rear without the need for a forklift or pallet truck.

Compact Design: Despite all these new features, the required footprint has only minimally increased (by 10 cm in both length and width).
