Notes: Cart 2 is basically the only time where RNG actually genuinely matters. You can tank a vuln from the lasers using RoE but I wouldn't do this on the third mechanic in Cart 2 because the stack/spread probably kills you if your healers don't babysit you.

My advice for Cart 2 Opti is this but honestly you can use your own discretion but Ive found the following to be v consistent:

Save KBI for the Draw In every time. Use :THUNDERCLAP: in cart 1 to save the Arms Length for Cart 2
If Left Lasers 1 - save :FIRES_REPLY_Fr: for the ranged attack. Example in video
If Left Lasers 2 - eat the vuln, dodge the tanks for their TB
If Left Lasers 3 - Eat with :RIDDLE_OF_EARTH_RoE: and second wind yourself for the stack/spread. Id only do this if you know your healers can react to your hp going down, not quite for PF.
Thunderclap out and back in if you just wanna play safe

Arcane Revolution is a dumb mech. I don't particularly care for one over the other but this particular pf had the "Cheese" listed so *shrug*. For the normal strat you can tank a vuln solo from the big AOE with RoE but make sure you're in a different elevation from the melee group to not get hit by the stack. Additionally, I wouldn't leave the group if the melee side has a fake melee because of their lower HP, they can just flat out die to the 3 stack.
