Follow Up Pellet Testing With The .22 Benjamin Fortitude!
All shots were at 30 yards. The pellets tested in order were:
Gamo Redfire
Crosman Hollow Point
JSB Exact 18gr
Crosman Copper Magnum
Barracuda Hunter
Rabbit Magnum Power
The only pellet that rendered completely unacceptable results was the rabbit magnums. Every other pellet was completely hunting worthy. Each pallet is rendering approximately 17 foot pounds of energy at the muzzle, give or take about a pound depending on which pellet you use.
