Yves Saint Laurent is a french creative and regarded as being among the greatest leading fashion designers of the 20th century. During his lifetime he earned many titles early on from boy wonder all the way to genius that continues to carry a remarkable impact as he is one of the most influential and celebrated designers to this day. He was a true innovator of his time and paved the way for what we know as fashion now.

In this video, I’ll be covering highlights of his career as well as his legacy from his very first collection under Christian Dior launching his career at the age of 21 to the reconfiguration of womenswear, iconic designs to empower women, and championing of diversity to the runway, marrying art to fashion, and creating the modern wardrobe within the groundbreaking work that is carried on through his legacy in the industry and at the fashion house of Saint Laurent.
