Don't Fear the AI (Part 1): Possible Misuses of AI

This video series addresses strategies to adapt to the prevalence of AI writing tools.
An initial knee-jerk reaction when ChatGPT opened its doors to the public last year was fear, some even. A vital step to overcoming any fear is to understand it better. This series is intended to raise awareness of generative AI tools, including large language models like ChatGPT, Google Bard, ClaudeAI, and Bing Chat to name a few, so that educators can better understand their capabilities and limitations.

This video, the first in the series, covers some ways students might be tempted to misuse AI.
