I just may have visited the BEST option on Earth for the budget-traveler in search of EPIC Thai flavor.
So, I propose a challenge - I want to start making more videos of restaurants just like this one! - please let me know if you have ANY local restaurant in Thailand with prices better than Orote Ded!
I would love to hear from you, and if you don't already know this place, I would be happy to introduce you today to this gem in Chiang Mai called 'Orote Ded.'
Every single dish for lunch today was outstanding, I was already prepared to just hand over my wallet... their food is just so good! When we got our total bill though, I realized that even after 6 different orders of Thai food, a wallet here will still be no worse for the wear!!
6 Plates of AMAZING Thai Food for less than 4$US... its a happy state of disbelief.
This restaurant deserves any accolade I can give - an amazing place, and one that you cannot miss when you visit Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Curry over rice - 10-15 baht per selection (0.33 - 0.49$US)
Family size selections to share - 15-25 baht each (0.49 - 0.79$US)
Specific Food orders - 15-20 baht each (0.49-0.67$US)
