Ingredients for the first part of the Baobab and Bissap Juice are based on a family of 6
200g Baobab Fruit
100g Hibiscus Flowers
Sliced Ginger about 10 slices
Dried Lime Leaves about 15
Water to level of ingredient and bring to boil on medium heat for 40 mins
Ingredients for the Second part
After 40 mins of cooking add-in
2Tbsp of turmeric powder
Raw Honey about 4tbsp
Brown sugar to taste
A handful of fresh mint leaves
Turn fire off Let it cool down completely and sieve then add
Unsweetened Coconut Milk 200ml
evaporated milk 200ml
then add 4tbsp of raw honey if needed.
