Welcome to Noveria. Noveria is a 'Vanilla with sprinkles' Cities Skylines snow build. This series is modded with quality of life mods including forest brush, prop line tool and plop the growables. Everything you see in this city can be fully recreated in the unmodded PC, Xbox and PS4 versions of the game.
