Ingredients
For the Oranges:
2 navel orange
1 cup water
¾ cup granulated sugar
For the Cake:
Zest of 1 large orange
1 cup strained fresh orange juice
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2½ tsps baking powder
⅓ cup unsalted butter (in room temperature)
⅓ cup sour cream
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
Baking paper and ½tsp unsalted butter for the cake tin
P.S - I used 9 inch cake tin
