Today we’re taking China’s high-speed train from Kunming to Dali! 🚄
Before boarding at Kunming South Railway Station, we grab some snacks — steamed buns, corn, instant noodles, and even some pre-cooked eggs. On the train there’s hot water, so we make noodles while watching the Yunnan countryside fly by.
When we arrive in Dali, we check into a hotel with an amazing view over Erhai Lake 🌊 and finish with a quick room tour.
If you’re planning to travel in Yunnan, this is one of the easiest and most scenic train journeys in China.
