A severe weather outbreak is expected this afternoon and evening across southwest and central Texas, with risks extending northeast into the Ozarks and Ohio Valley. Storms will develop along a stalling front and dryline, bringing threats of very large hail (2-3"), damaging winds, and a few tornadoes, especially with supercells early.

🌒 Late Evening–Overnight: New round of storms from the Permian Basin pushes eastward, with wind gusts and hail risk persisting into central TX
