Engine block replacement of a 2005-2008 Cub Cadet 1045 Lawn Tractor with a single cylinder Kohler Courage 20hp engine.
Replacement blocks should work for any Kohler Courage within the SV470 to SV620 range (15hp-22hp range).
I hope you enjoy my successes and failures as I swap out a cracked engine block from this 20hp Kohler Courage single cylinder engine. I did my best to document my mistakes so that someone else might be able to save their Kohler Courage if it's developed a crack.
