I love the AFK no mob farm demonstrated by Kysen once I got it working correctly. But found that the bamboo grew much faster than the cactus.
Somebody in the thread mentioned building a second cactus mechanism, and I tried to create what I understood them to describe with text.
Hints:
1. Hoppers won't pass along to the next hopper until all slots are filled.
2. The second cactus farm wouldn't work for me until i removed the blocks at the end of the hoppers nearest furnace lever (Java?)
3. Many people suggested not blocking the sky/light from above, I created a chimney sort of thing
