In December 2020, Lindsey became the first woman to publicly accuse former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment. Her courage set off a political firestorm, triggered a statewide investigation, and ultimately led to his resignation.

But now, despite everything, Cuomo is back — running for mayor of New York City.

Lindsey is sounding the alarm about what it means when powerful men are able to reinvent themselves without ever facing real accountability.

In our conversation, Lindsey and I go beyond Cuomo. We talk about the Democratic establishment itself — about how figures like Joe Biden, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Kirsten Gillibrand, and others have navigated allegations of misconduct in their own ranks.

We explore how party loyalty, for-profit media, and name recognition often take priority over justice, leaving survivors sidelined and even used as "shields" for others.


This is a story about how institutions protect their own and rationalize abuse when it threatens power — and what it takes to blow the whistle.
