Ingredients
Idly Puzhungal Arisi 1 cup washed and soaked 3 hours grind it to a fine paste and add 2 cups of water and mix well

Boil 4 cups of water in a thick bottom vessel add the diluted rice paste mix well and allow it to Cook with non stop mixing with spatula till the bubbles will come at the centre add half tsp Salt and mix well and after cooling make Vadams and dry them in sunlight for 2 to 3 days and store them
