Welcome to this metcon workout, MetCon is short for Metabolic Conditioning which is a type of high intensity training. Today’s workout is an adapted version of the workout attached to Nike Met Con 7 AMPlied special edition training shoe. It is a super fun workout so grab your single kettlebell or dumbbell. We are completing todays workout for time, so do let us know in the comments how long it takes you to complete this circuit of 12 exercises and let’s get into it.
Single kettlebell MetCon workout:
1 deadstart snatch (each side)
2 tuck jumps
3 push press (both sides)
4 plank to toe touch reach
5 hand to hand power clean (each side)
6 hand release push ups
7 SS kettlebell deadlift (each side)
8 sit ups
9 kettlebell swings
10 lunges
11 walk outs & twist
12 kettlebell rows (6 each side)
