Winter afternoon takeoffs and landings at Canberra YSCB

On Thursday afternoon 20 June 2019 I spent the best part of the afternoon watching the traffic on Runway 35 at CBR/YSCB Canberra International Airport. Canberra is the federal capital of Australia. There is a two story parking garage which has unobstructed views adjacent to the Runway 35 displaced threshold, great for #planewatching
On the opposite side of the airfield to the civilian terminal is the Defence Establishment Fairbairn where the Royal Australia Airforce (RAAF) No34 Squadron is based. No. 34 Squadron operate a fleet of VIP aircraft for the Australian Government which includes two B737 Boeing Business Jets, both of which arrive this afternoon.
Canberra Airport is also a General Aviation airfield so on any day you can see anything from a piston engine Mooney, to VIP Airforce aircraft, to 777s, all of which are included in this vid.
