How to Craft a Duct Tape Rose

Learn how to craft a DIY rose using Duck Tape® brand duct tape in this easy craft tutorial from DIY crafter Kristy. This rose was made using a red printed duct tape and a rose color theme, but with hundreds of colors and prints available, you can substitute these tapes with any style you choose.

OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED
Scissors
Craft Knife
Crafting Board
Straw
Floral Wire

INSTRUCTIONS
(00:26) Cover straw in duct tape.
(00:50) Make the petal by folding the corners of a 3" strip of tape.
(01:14) Make a rounded petal by folding the tape in half and cutting with scissors.
(01:39) Wrap the petal around the straw.
(01:54) Layer the rose petals over each other until you get the size you want the flower to be.
(02:21) Make leaves similar to how you made the petals, but place lower on the straw.
