Quem poderia crer que Maria uma virgem
Conceberia e daria à luz ao Messias
Quem poderia dizer que Isabel, sua prima
Seria a mãe do precursor de Cristo
Embora muitas forças pararam no caminho
Jamais poderiam parar o plano de Deus
Sempre em oposição ao que diz o Criador

Grandes trevas se põem a intimidar
Vem para - esconder
E tentam - rejeitar
E mesmo negar o processo da criação
Mas quem pode - impedir
O grande Filho
Quando começa a brilhar - num novo amanhecer
A Palavra Falada - pelo Anjo Forte
Reveste-se de carne...se torna material
Mas aqui estou contra - contra o impossível
Aqui estou, a Palavra em carne - contra o impossível
Aqui estou, a Obra Prima - contra o impossível
Deus em carne outra vez - contra o impossível
Aqui estou, uma epístola viva - contra o impossível
Provando que nosso Deus não pode falhar
Provando que a Palavra de Deus cumprida está

Quem poderia crer que o velho Abraão
Veria seu corpo transformado em um Jovem
Quem poderia crer que Sara, mesmo rindo
Receberia força pra trazer o filho prometido
Embora as nações imersas em pecado
Jamais poderiam parar o plano de Deus
Sempre em oposição ao que diz o Criador

Quem poderia crer que a Senhora Jesus
estaria tão forte e bela
Quem poderia dizer que esta Noiva de Cristo
Enfim entenderia quem realmente é
Embora todo o inferno subiu na terra pra lutar
Jamais poderiam parar o plano de Deus
Sempre em oposição ao que diz o Criador




AGAINST THE ODDS


Who could ever believe that Mary a Virgin
Would ever conceive and bring forth Messiah
Who could ever tell Elisabeth her cousin
Would be the mother to Christ's forerunner
Although many forces came and stood in the way
They could never never stop God's Program
Always in opposition in what the Creator declares
Gross darkness stands intimidating

Then tries to Brush off
Even denying the process of creation
But who can stand in the way
Of the great SON
When He begins to shine on a new dawn
The very spoken word by the Mighty Angel
Will put on flesh and will become material

Here I am the Masterpiece (Thank you Lord) against the odds
Here I am God in flesh again against the odds
Here I am a Living epistle against the odds
To prove that God's word can never fail no no no no
To prove that God's word will come to pass
