In this video I demonstrate how I capture my calves in the Alley to weigh them individually with my home-made Drop-gate and Sliding Alley Gate. I bought the scale from A&A scales on Amazon, built a frame for it, and set concrete paver-stones under the feet to keep it flat and stable. This is my second time using it, and I'm pretty happy with the results.

The first group of four calves were grazed off property for the past two weeks, and the second four calves were grazed on-farm.
@5:46 (second group) I realized the scale was still turned off...
