This is a recipe of choice and personal preferences. You choose the ingredients, and their amount. The base (pastry) is always the same.
For the creamy filling in this video I've chosen:
Apples,
pears
quinces
a few balls of grape
raspberries
roasted and blended hazelnut
cinnamon
vanilla
I boiled everything over low heat and added a tablespoon of density
The top is crusty egg white baked cream (meringue)
