In this rare footage, soprano Constance Hauman brings down the house at London's Barbican Centre with her scintillating rendition of "Glitter and Be Gay" from Leonard Bernstein's Candide. Leonard Bernstein conducted the London Symphony Orchestra for this performance of the entire work, and Constance was a last second replacement for the regular star who had fallen ill. Arguably, this is one of the greatest moments in musical theatre.
