Iftar Platter
Ingredients for Fruit Chaat:
Banana (Sliced) 1 cup
Apple (cubes) 1 cup
Kiwi (cubes) 1 cup
Papaya (cubes) 1 cup
Guava (cubes) 1 cup
Melon (cubes) 1 cup
Apricot sauce 1 cup
Ingredients for Chana Chaat:
Chickpeas (boiled) 1 cup
Potato cubes (boiled) 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Tomato cubes 1/2 cup
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Tamarind sauce 1/4 cup
Ingredients for Pakora:
Gram flour 1 cup
Potatoes (shredded) 2 cups
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Green coriander (chopped) 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
All-purpose flour 1/4 cup
Water as required
Ingredients for Samosa:
Samosa sough
Mince filling
Binding mixture (flour 1 cup + water 2 cups)
Ingredients for Stuffed Dates:
Dates (seedless) as required
Cream as required
Pistachios (chopped) as required
Almonds (chopped) as required
Ingredients for Mint Margarita:
Mint leaves 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Soda water 2 cups
Ice cubes 3-4
Salt 1 tsp
Directions for Fruit Chaat Preparation:
1. In a bowl add banana, apple, kiwi, papaya, guava, melon, apricot sauce and mix well. your fruit chaat is ready.
Directions for Chana Chaat Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chickpeas, potato cubes, onion, tomatoes, chaat masala, tamarind sauce and mix well. your Chana Chaat is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Pakora Preparation:
1. In a bowl add gram flour, potatoes, onion, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, coriander, water, coriander powder and mix well.
2. Take the spoon full of mixture and fry in preheated oil. Fry until golden brown in color. Set aside.
Directions for Samosa Preparation:
1. Take samosa dough and roll it down into roti shape. Make cuts on it.
2. Fold it and fill it with mince filling.
3. Bind it with binding mixture and fry until light golden brown in color.
4. Your samosa is ready.
Directions for Stuffed Dates Preparation:
1. In a seedless date, add cream and garnish with almonds and pistachios. Your stuffed dates are ready. Set aside.
Directions for Mint Margarita Preparation:
2. In a blender add mint leaves, sugar, black salt, soda water, ice cubes, salt and blend well. Your Mint Margarita is ready.

Cooking time: 20 mins
