2026 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid or Honda Accord EXL Hybrid: What’s The Better Sedan?

👋 Today lets take a look at the 2026 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid along side the Honda Accord EX-L Hybrid! This 2026 Civic has an MSRP of $33,500 while the Accord is $36,000. So for $2,500 more, is the Accord worth buying? Both cars have the same engine and drivetrain, but the Accord has slightly different engine tuning which makes it drive slightly different. These two trim levels were spec'd nearly the same as far as features go and I have to say, both are great option! The Honda Accord does look a bit dull and doesn't have much style to the exterior. However the interior is very nice and roomy! The 2026 Honda Civic is much more sporty looking and the interior is nearly the same as the Accord. Accord is a bit nicer overall and you can tell has a bit more premium feeling to the interior. Driving the Civic feels nice and sporty for an economy car and is easy to maneuver. The Accord rides a bit nicer and smoother but doesn't have the same turning radius. So if you plan on using the back seats a lot, buy the Accord. The extra space is really nice to have! Aside from that, the Civic is a great choice for those with less back seat needs. I think Honda did a great job on both cars and you really can't go wrong with how good these economy cars are!
