Circuit-
Jump Rope (or you can do jumping jacks)
Lunges
Push-ups (whatever variation works best for you)
Burpees
Planks
Round 1- 40 seconds of each workout with a 20 seconds break in between.
Round 2- 35 seconds of each workout with a 25 seconds break in between.
Round 3- 30 seconds of each workout with a 30 seconds break in between.
