Trifle an English Classic recipe - Nostalgia at its BEST!

Today, Here is an English classic recipe for a trifle using Swiss roll, sherry, tinned fruit, jelly, custard, and whipping cream. You can use any tinned or fresh fruit if you wish. This is a normal, easy recipe to make with the kids or even big kids - no messing about with egg yolks and vanilla bean pods for custard - bog-standard at-home delicious trifle for any occasion.
